Glen's practice includes litigation, licensing, counseling, portfolio development and strategy in the areas of patents and trademarks for large and small corporate clients. Some of the technology areas Glen has handled include electronics, wireless communications, power systems, circuits, signal processing, business methods, medical imaging and e-mail systems.

Glen is one of the founders of the firm. Glen has more than 20 years experience in counseling clients in intellectual property matters. He specializes in the development, utilization and enforcement of intellectual properties. Glen's technical expertise is in electronics and software systems and is based on 7 years experience as a design engineer and years of patent preparation and prosecution.

Glen received a B.S. from the Rutgers University College of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, with honors. Glen subsequently spent seven years as an engineer, designing spaced-based signal processing systems, radar system and avionics systems.

Glen studied law at Seton Hall University School of Law. Glen worked in several law firms and served as Chief Patent Counsel for companies before starting the firm. During his tenure in-house, Glen developed and managed patent portfolios for consumer electronics and wireless communications.

Glen also served as President of a company that purchased and licensed intellectual property portfolios from third parties. Glen's efforts included the development and licensing of a large patent portfolio relating to a high revenue generating household device.

Prior to working in-house, Glen spent several years at a law firm in New York City, where he was responsible for all aspects of large patent and trademark disputes in Federal District Courts, including discovery, depositions, expert discovery, motion practice, hearings and trials. The litigations involved consumer electronics devices, chemicals and pharmaceuticals.
