Matthew focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and licensing and trademark prosecution and portfolio management.

More Detail:

Matthew joined Diehl Servilla as an associate in 2008. Matthew concentrated on intellectual property during law school. During the spring of 2007 he interned at Calvin Klein, Inc. in New York City where he worked on trademark anti-counterfeiting investigations and developed anti-piracy programs. Matthew also interned at Cowan, DeBaets, Abrahams & Sheppard LLP in New York City during the summer of 2006 where he focused on litigation and drafting and editing The Professional Photographer’s Legal Handbook, a comprehensive legal text for the image licensing industry. During his time at Franklin Pierce Law Center, Matthew also contributed to the Germeshausen Center Newsletter. Prior to law school, Matthew spent several years working in photography licensing to advertising agencies, magazines, and book publishers.

Matthew enjoys photography, running and cooking. He also plays the double bass in several local orchestras.
